  • INGREDIENTS OF PORK ADOBO
    • PORK
    • VINEGAR
    • SOY SAUCE
    • PEPPERCORN
    • GARLIC
    • ONION
    • (sometimes they added sugar)
  • PROCEDURE
    • Dapat malinis na yung sangkap at kagamitang gagamitin.
    • Dapat ang mga sangkap na gagamitin ay hindi pa sira lalo na ang pork dapat malinis at wala pa itong amoy.
  • STEPS KUNG PAANO ITO ILUTO
    • Una syempre kailangan ilagay na ang kagamitang gagamitin sa paglulutuan kung sa kahoy ka ba magluluto o sa gasol.
    • Pagkatapos pag mainit na ang kagamitang paglulutuan , Igisa na ang bawang at sibuyas.
    • Pagkatapos ilagay na ang karneng at wag hahayaang masunog ito.
    • Lagyan na ng mga rekado upang ito ay mas maging masarap.
    • Pagkatapos ay bantayan nalang ito kung tama na ang lasa at pag malambot na yung karne ay pwede na itong alisin at ihain.
