ADOBONG PALAKA
This dish that is popular for those who is indulge in provinces food that they really like to cook specially when rainy days come.The special ingredients where in palayan you’ll find.Let yourself to try experiencing to cook this kind of dish.Lets try to experience cooking this and taste how delicious it was.
INGREDIENTS:
- Cleaned palaka (a lot)
- soy sauce
- pepper
- garlic (3 piece)
- onion (1 piece)
- water
- pandan (burunibud)(optional)
- sugar(optional)
- seasonings
- oil
PROCEDURE:
- Prepare the already cleaned palaka, wash it already and the other ingredients that you need.
- Put the pan in stove at low fire. Let it be heated,then put a oil(depends). Next is to put the sliced garlic and onion.
- Put the cleaned palaka at the pan and gently mix until it get brownish .
- Next put the soy sauce and the water together with the seasonings especially the pandan to let it be more smell delicious.
- Let it boil until 5-10 minutes.Mix it from time to time.
- When it was done.Put it in a clean plate.
