CHICKEN TINOLA

TINOLA is the one of the popular dish here in the philippines , It is delicious and good for health. This recipe is available in Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner. Malunggay leaves can also added when you cook a tinola , Where once you mix it with malunggay leaves we feel like it taste better. Because malunggay is another healthy alternative and it has many vitamins and other nutrients that we have. They also added a Green Papaya which is sometimes they subtitute it with a sayote.

  • INGREDIENTS
    • CHICKEN
    • MALUNGGAY LEAVES
    • GINGER
    • GREEN PAPAYA
    • LEAF OF CHILI
    • (sometimes if we dont have a green papaya they substitute a sayote)
    • ONION
    • GARLIC
  • STEPS ON HOW TO COOK IT
    • In a casserole, heat oil and saute’ garlic, onion, and ginger
    • If it is already cook , fry the chicken until it slightly brown
    • if the chicken is slightly brown. Fill it with water
    • then put the papaya or sayote in the casserole
    • then wait it until it become soft .
    • then served it well.
